My Why: I know what it’s like to feel dismissed, confused, or overwhelmed by changes in your body—especially without access to providers who truly understand this phase of life. I’ve experienced the same societal messages that make us feel like this transition is something to endure quietly. I struggled with the fitness industry that often ignores the needs of women in midlife and beyond. I was told, “This is normal,” “Just deal with it,” or “You’re too young to be in perimenopause.”

I suffered in silence, but I knew I deserved better—and so do you.

You don’t have to navigate this journey alone—I’m here to offer the support, knowledge, and guidance you deserve, every step of the way.

My Background & Mission

My passion for women's health began in 2004 when I left my data analytics career to become a stay-at-home mom and yoga instructor. Since then, my own struggles—like pelvic floor issues, breast cancer, perimenopause and osteopenia—alongside my clients' experiences have shaped my work and inspired me to seek holistic solutions. This journey led me to what I do today: helping women like you find real, lasting ways to thrive.

My mission is simple: to help women become their own health champions. Whether it’s building strength, restoring energy, or rediscovering joy, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.

My Philosophy

Evolving Health: Your body changes at every stage of life, and your approach to fitness and wellness should adapt to meet those changes. It’s about starting where you are and building from there.

A Holistic Approach: True wellness addresses the whole person—physical, emotional, and lifestyle needs—because thriving requires balance in every area of life. There is no “magic pill”.

No One-Size-Fits-All: Every woman’s journey is unique, and so are the solutions that work for her. A personalized and nuanced approach is essential for long-term success.

Beyond Coaching

In addition to my work with women, I serve as Chief Operating Officer for my son’s sports supplement company, Kathartik. Balancing business, family, and my own wellness journey keeps life exciting and meaningful.

As a half-empty nester, I find joy in traveling, hiking the beautiful mountains of NJ/NY, and singing in my local women’s choir. Helping women rewrite the story of midlife as a time of strength, confidence, vitality, and joy is my mission—and I’d love to help you do the same.
