What is holistic fitness & self-care?
A personalized blend of four elements to support your goals and needs:
Breathing
Reconnect with & strengthen your core+pelvic floor, energize, and relieve anxiety. Yes, it can do all these things!
Yoga/Stretching
Improve flexibility, mobility, and balance. Reduce stress. Not a yoga fan? We’ll find other ways to stretch so you can move & feel better.
Self-Massage
Relieve aches and pains. Improve posture. Move with ease. We use your hands, balls, and rollers.
Strength
Get strong & confident in all your activities. Practice the basic strength movements using bands, dumbbells, kettlebells or even barbells!

Moms 0f every age
From postnatal moms to mamas of toddlers through adults. It’s never too late to get started.
All life stages
Premenopause, perimenopause and menopause. Fitness & self-care that aligns with your stage.
All fitness levels
Desk chair potatoes, occasional exercisers, and recreational athletes. We start where you are.

Where do we train?
Your home or gym
I come to you. All you need is a small mat-sized space. Serving Hoboken & Jersey City. Also, at The Fit Club Hoboken with a small rental fee depending on availability.
Outdoors
Choose a park or outdoor location in Hoboken or Jersey City.
Online
We meet via Zoom from the comfort of your home.

How do I get started?
WholeCore Kickstarter Session
We begin with one 90-minute in-person or two 45-minute virtual sessions that include:
Holistic screening to discuss your goals and key areas that influence your fitness including movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress management
Assessment of your WholeCore (with diastasis recti check), posture, movement patterns, and overall strength
Intro to the basics of the WholeCore program
Customized mini-workout for you to practice on your own
Written recommendation plan to get you on the road to feeling better in your body
Following the Kickstarter session, you can choose to workout on your own with the strategies you learned or start your training with one of my packages.
