Hi there! I'm Mary Vidal, the founder of The Menopause Mojo Society.

My journey through menopause led me to realize something crucial – there's a massive gap in how we approach and talk about this significant life stage. Like many of you, I've felt overwhelmed by symptoms, frustrated by the lack of clear information, and confused by the conflicting advice out there.

But through my own experience, research, and countless conversations with other women, I've discovered that menopause isn't just a challenge to overcome; it's an opportunity for growth and renewal. I'm passionate about sharing this perspective and creating a space where we can all learn, laugh, and grow together.

As a Women’s Fitness and Health Coach specializing in menopause, I'm committed to providing reliable, empathetic guidance and support to every member of our society.
