For your changing body and evolving life
Wed, Mar 4 @ 7:00pm
Rooted Community, 720 Monroe St E412, Hoboken
Guest Speaker: Stacy Wallace-Albert, Stylist
Every season brings change: to your body, your mood and day-to-day life.
How you look and feel in your clothes can support you as your body and life evolve.
Stylist Stacy Wallace-Albert has spent over 20 years helping women feel more confident in what they see in the mirror. Together, we’ll explore how to make your wardrobe work with you, not against you.
Does your closet inspire you–or frustrate you?
Do you struggle with a go-to look for the different parts of your day?
Are you unsure which styles and trends really suit you and your vibe right now?
Do you have pieces you love but never wear?
Are fit, color, and proportion ongoing challenges?
If you answered “YES!” to any of the questions above, join me and Stacy–a fashion editor and personal stylist (Oprah!)–for an inspiring dose of fashion guidance. She’ll help you understand how to make your clothing, and accessories work better for you and your changing body.
This is a hands-on session – please bring two pieces from your wardrobe that you love but never wear, or want help styling in a more versatile or exciting way.
This session is limited to 15 people.
Investment in YOU: $25

Hi there! I'm Mary Vidal, the founder of WholeCore Fitness & Health Coaching and The Menopause Mojo Society.
My journey through menopause led me to realize something crucial – there's a massive gap in how we approach and talk about this significant life stage. Like many of you, I've felt overwhelmed by symptoms, frustrated by the lack of clear information, and confused by the conflicting advice out there.
But through my own experience, research, and countless conversations with other women, I've discovered that menopause isn't just a challenge to overcome; it's an opportunity for growth and renewal. I'm passionate about sharing this perspective and creating a space where we can all learn, laugh, and grow together.
As a Women’s Fitness and Health Coach specializing in menopause, I'm committed to providing reliable, empathetic guidance and support to every member of our society.
The Menopause Mojo Society is my vision brought to life – a community where every woman over 35 can find support, understanding, and empowerment during her menopause journey. I can't wait to meet you and share in this journey of transformation and joy!
