We’ll begin, as always, with introductions and a round of “Mojo Moments”—a simple way to celebrate something that’s bringing you joy, strength, or self-connection right now.
From there, we’ll move into an open, empowering session led by Dr. Dineasha Potter-McQuilkin, who’s back to guide us through one of the most misunderstood parts of midlife.
We’ll explore:

What causes painful sex and how to find relief
What to know about hormone therapy
How to navigate intimacy in your relationships
