- Feeling overwhelmed and don’t where to start 
- Not experiencing symptoms, but want to proactively manage your menopause journey 
- Open-minded, committed, and ready for a transformative journey to better health 
In this collaborative experience you will:
- Get expert guidance, support, education, and essential resources/referrals 
- Craft your vision of optimal health & wellness during perimenopause 
- Identify and prioritize areas for improvement in your wellness journey 
- Create a personalized roadmap with clearly defined goals, setting you on a path towards your envisioned wellness.

What’s included:
- 4 1-hour group coaching calls on Zoom led by Mary Vidal, Women’s Health Coach 
- Educational videos on perimenopause health, fitness, nutrition and more
