What you get:
8 50-minute Zoom Hybrid Classes:
Yoga & Dynamic Stretching Warm up: build flexibility & mobility, connect with your breath and find your calm
Mindful progressive strength circuit: get strong while staying safe and pain free. We practice the same circuit for 4 weeks with the goal of progressively building strength and competency in each of the exercises. Use whatever equipment you have at home. Options are given for bodyweight, bands, and dumbbells & kettlebells.
Cardio Circuit: get your heart rate up with a short & sweaty routine designed to increase agility and coordination.
Q & A Time - You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and request exercise modifications during and after each class.
Access to a class portal - Catch up on missed classes or work in an extra movement day
When: 8:45am EST on April 12, 19, 26 / May 3, 10, 24, 31 / June 7
Who: Women of all ages who are ready to workout smarter and take charge of their self-care. No experience necessary.
