What You’ll Get from this Series

Over 8 weeks, you'll practice the essentials of strength training in a warm, supportive environment tailored for women in midlife and beyond. Our holistic approach not only builds physical strength but fosters confidence, safety, and a deeper connection with your body’s needs.

  • Foundational Movements: practice the basic movements (squat, lunge, push, pull, hinge and core) with proper form and technique, reducing the risk of injury and empowering you to lift with confidence.

  • Individualized Attention: Small group size ensures personalized guidance and a low-pressure setting, making it easy to build skills at your own pace.

  • Confidence with Equipment: Experience hands-on practice with bodyweight, bands, dumbbells, and kettlebells, so you’ll feel comfortable and capable using strength equipment.

  • Holistic Health Focus: We incorporate breathwork, alignment, and mobility practices that support long-term strength and wellness—this isn’t just about building muscles; it’s about building resilience.

  • Community Connection: Practice with a group of like-minded women who share your goals and are committed to supporting each other on the path to a stronger, healthier self.
