How do I get started?


WholeCore Kickstarter Session

We begin with one 90-minute in-person or two 45-minute virtual sessions that include:

  • Holistic screening to discuss your goals and key areas that influence your fitness including movement, sleep, nutrition, and stress management

  • Assessment of your WholeCore (with diastasis recti check), posture, movement patterns, and overall strength

  • Intro to the basics of the WholeCore program

  • Customized mini-workout for you to practice on your own

  • Written recommendation plan to get you on the road to feeling better in your body

Following the Kickstarter session, you can choose to workout on your own with the strategies you learned or start your training with one of my packages.
