You’re over 40, out of shape, still have that baby belly, and chances are you dread when you have to sneeze. The fitness routines from your 20s/30s aren’t working for you anymore and group workout classes are intimidating. You’ve got body aches, pains, and chronic tension that you can’t seem to shake. You’d love to get fit but you don’t know where to start. 

There is hope. It is possible to get fit, strong, and healthy in this stage of life but you need to know HOW. Putting in longer, more intense hours exercising is not what your body needs right now. It’s time to start working out smarter, not harder. Time to stop living with pain and a body that doesn’t work. Time to make self-care a priority so you can look, move, and feel better in your body through perimenopause and beyond.
